I work with people who are looking to find a joyful, comfortable and pleasurable relationship with food; whether you’re in recovery from an eating disorder, are trying to move away from diet culture and reconnect with your body, or if you’re aiming to find compassionate ways of looking after yourself through food, I’m here to help. I use a combination of weight inclusive and body affirming approaches to support my clients in exploring and understanding their relationship with food, their eating behaviour and their lived experience, and provide gentle guidance to help you do what feels good.

A quick reminder that my expertise is in nutrition and dietetics, with a focus on body liberation and disordered eating. I’m happy to chat about whether working together would be a good fit (that’s what the free intro calls are for!), and if not I can help you find someone with the skills to support you. I primarily see clients online over Zoom but have limited in person availability in Hackney, East London.
